By doing five things daily, you will be healthy and happy, definitely do them.

There are many things that can be done like this, but all the work cannot be done everyday. You don't get that much time, you don't have that much interest. That's why I am not telling you a long list, at least I am telling you that you must do so many things. Sometimes there is no such facility due to the circumstances, then there can be exception in some work. But if you get compatibility, then definitely do this much work.

Like meditating on God everyday. For peace of mind, for purification of mind, for living truthfully and honestly, it is necessary to meditate on God. Meditating on God gives the above benefits. That's why do meditate on God everyday. At least 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening.

In the same way, you must perform Yagya Havan daily in your home. The daily Yajna is completed in 20 minutes.

Similarly, for physical health, exercise or play a little sport, balanced diet, intake of sunlight, proper rest etc. should also be done regularly every day. Sometimes there is no time or it is cloudy, and if you are not able to consume sunlight, then one or two days can go on without it. But if sunlight is available, then definitely take sunlight for some time (20/30 minutes). Vitamin D etc. is obtained from this, which is very important for health. Nowadays many people use AC all day. Live in an air-conditioned place, and do not go out in the sun at all. They become deficient in Vitamin D. Then they have to take Vitamin D tablets as per the instructions of the doctors.

In the same way, a person needs a special quality "confidence" to get success in his works. That too should be inside you. Without this, you cannot succeed properly in your work, in your purpose. Maintain confidence in yourself as well. Make small plans. Make your plans keeping in mind your capability/potential, and set aside some time to complete them. If you can complete as many tasks as you want in that stipulated time, then your confidence will increase. This will make you a lot of progress, and you will experience satisfaction in your life. There will be enthusiasm in your life.

Similarly, to increase your happiness or joy, do spend some time everyday with some good friends, or even with family members. This will remove your mental stress, worries etc., and you will feel healthy and happy.
