A Gopi sits under a tree meditating. Kanha always thinks of mischief. Kanha sometimes teases that Gopi by throwing pebbles, sometimes pulls her braid and sometimes distracts her attention by making sounds of different birds and animals. Gopi angrily tells Kanha. Mohan, why do you disturb my meditation, I have to see the Goddess. I want to ask some boon from him. Gopi has so much love for Kanha that she hides it from Kanha only. Kanha entangles that innocent Gopi with his words. You fool! God is not found by meditating like this. To please them, they have to feed a lot. You come to the temple tomorrow morning with lots of sweets, then I will tell you the method of Goddess Darshan. If the Goddess is pleased, she will give you a boon and your wish will be fulfilled.
The next day in the morning Gopi reaches the temple with many sweets. Keeping everything in front of the idol of the goddess, she sits after lighting incense. Kanha reaches there with his friends. Gopi is very happy to see Kanha. Pointing towards Kanha Barsana, he says that the place of that goddess is highest in the world. His darshan is rare even for great sages. That goddess will fulfill your wishes, but first you have to please me, only then I will make you see the goddess. How can I please you Kanha? Feed all these delicious sweets that you have brought to me and my friends. No Kanha, all this is for the worship of Goddess. You can't see the Goddess after leaving it. Forget your wish. Gopi also wants that her beloved Kanha should get all these sweets, but there is still a longing in her mind to see the Goddess. Gopi's condition is getting strange. Kanha says Gopi see, I have power, I can call any deity as per my wish. Kanha, you are fooling me, you do not have the power to clean your butter-stained face. I was the only fool who got involved in your words. Now you run away from here and let me see the goddess. Kanha greedily looks at the sweets. Gopi angrily runs to kill them.
Kanha holds him and closes his eyes. Gopi sees the divine form of Shri Radha, Gopi tells him her wish and Shri Ju smiles softly. She is unable to bear his sharpness and faints.
The Gopis are overjoyed once they regain consciousness from the noise of Kanha and his mischievous friends. She remembers seeing Devi. But seeing her empty utensils and all the sweets finished, she becomes extremely angry and rushes to kill them all.
Little does the innocent Gopi know that the one whom she loves and whose hustle and bustle also irritates, is the Supreme God who cheats her in any way to fulfill her wishes.
