Benefits of drinking juice: Come drink juice


There is a common belief that juice should be drunk when sick. But in which disease, which juice will be beneficial, do you know, maybe not.

 

Useful juice in various diseases:

 

1. To quench hunger:

Drink lemon water on an empty stomach in the morning. Before eating, grate ginger and take it with rock salt.

 

2. For blood purification:

Use the juice of lemon, carrot, cabbage, beet, spinach, sev, basil, neem and bael leaves.

 

3. Asthma:

Garlic, ginger, basil, beetroot, cabbage, carrot, sweet grape juice, vegetable soup or moong soup and pure goat milk are beneficial. Ghee, oil, butter are prohibited.

 

4 High blood pressure:

Carrot, Grapes, Mossami and Jowar Juice. Mental and physical rest is essential.

 

5. Low blood pressure:

Take sweet fruit juice, but do not use sour fruits. Grapes and Mossami juice or milk is also beneficial.

 

6. Jaundice:

Water of grapes, apple, raspberry, mossmi, red grapes and currant on non-availability of grapes. Suck sugarcane and drink its juice.

 

7. Acne Scars:

Carrot, watermelon, onion, basil, aloe vera and spinach juice.

 

8. Arthritis:

Garlic, Ginger, Carrot, Spinach, Cucumber, Cabbage, Green Coriander, Coconut water and Sev and Wheat Jowar.

 

9. Acidity:

Take more carrot, spinach, cucumber, basil juice, fruit juice. Grapes seasonal and milk are also beneficial.

 

10. Cancer:

Juice of wheatgrass, carrot and grapes.

 

11. To Be Beautiful:

Take coconut water or acacia juice in the morning and afternoon. Cleanse face with coconut water.

 

12. Boils:

Carrot, spinach, cucumber, cabbage and coconut juice.

 

13. Colitis:

Carrot, Spinach and Pineapple Juice. Other juices with 70 percent carrot juice. A mixture of beetroot, coconut, cucumber, cabbage juice is also useful.

 

14. Ulcers:

Grapes, carrot, cabbage juice, it is necessary to stay only on milk, mix 2 spoons of country cow's ghee in very hot milk and drink it.

 

15. Cold-phlegm:

Radish, ginger, garlic, basil, carrot juice, moong or vegetable soup.

 

16. Bronchitis:

Papaya, Carrot, Ginger, Basil, Pineapple Juice, Moong Soup. Starchy foods prohibited.

 

17. For the baby teething:

Four ounces (100-125 grams) of pineapple juice with a little lemon daily.

 

18. For hemolysis:

Seasonal, grapes, spinach, tomato, beetroot, sev, raspberry juice at night. Soaked date palm water at night in the morning. Bananas are also useful along with cardamom.

 

19. Menstrual pain in women:

Grapes, pineapple and raspberry juice.

 

20. For Brightening Eyes:

Carrot juice and green coriander juice are best.

 

21. Insomnia:

Grapes and apple juice. Peepramool with honey.

 

22. To Gain Weight:

Spinach, carrot, beetroot, coconut and cabbage juice mix, milk, curd, dry fruits, grapes and apple juice.

 

23. Diabetes:

Cabbage, carrot, coconut, bitter gourd and spinach juice.

 

24. Stones:

Do not take leafy vegetables, spinach, tomatoes. Cucumber juice is the best. Sev or carrot or pumpkin juice is also helpful. Barley and drumstick soup is also beneficial.

 

25. Headache:

A mixture of cucumber, beet, carrot, cabbage and coconut juice.

 

26. Kidney Pain:

Carrot, spinach, cucumber, ginger and coconut juice.

 

27. Flu:

Ginger, basil, carrot juice.

 

28 For Weight Loss:

Pineapple, Cabbage, Watermelon, Gourd and Lemon Juice.

 

29. Pyria:

Juice of wheat germ, carrot, coconut, cucumber, spinach and soya vegetable. Eat more raw.

 

30. Hemorrhoids:

Radish juice, ginger juice by adding ghee, nagar motha, coconut water.
