Sales representative is a mediator between company and their clients. He will responsible for customer service, product selling, making and maintaining of customer relationship. Sales representative must have good communication skills. Sales representatives will work to find new sales leads, through calling, business directories, client referrals, etc. Performing cost benefit analyses of existing customers. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales. Sales representative has to maintain cash registers, demand note, managing financial transactions and balance sheet, etc. Sales representative should have to try for achieving goals.

Most common work of Sales representative is work with customers to find what they want, ensure a smooth sales process and process transactions. A Retail Sales representative is responsible for all sales activities and sales representative job duties, from greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information.

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  1. Organizing sales visits to our old and new clients
  2. Demonstrating and presenting our all products
  3. Establishing new business in PAN India
  4. Maintaining accurate and clean records
  5. Attending exhibitions, conferences and meetings in PAN India
  6. Reviewing sales performance on monthly bases
  7. Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
  8. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them
  9. You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have
  10. Look what each customer wants or needs and maintain his/her records
  11. Clean your record like open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, balancing cash drawers and making deposits.
  12. Maintain knowledge of current stocks on regular bases, sales and promotions, policies regarding payment on monthly bases
  13. Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment of every customers of online and offline sales
  14. Maintain all record related to sales and purchase
  15. Maintain inventory on regular bases
  16. Give answer to our client questions regarding the products of every brands
  17. Prepare sales slips or sales contracts
  18. If products are not available to our store then place a call to other stores for finding desired items
  19. Inventory of new and current stocks and requisition new stock
